As a widow herself, she has extensive personal experience overcoming loss, illness, divorce, and other obstacles. She is devoted to helping people navigate life’s challenges and thrive along the way - allowing them to build resilience and reclaim their joy. Beth offers one-on-one coaching, leads dynamic workshops, and facilitates compassionate, transformative retreats for widows.
Beth is skilled at breaking down the barriers that hold women back from becoming their best selves and empowering them to thrive after grief. Drawing from her own journey as a widow, she guides widows through transformation with unwavering compassion, boundless enthusiasm and vibrant optimism.
