A 6-month journey to reclaim your joy & build your resilience - IN SISTERHOOD

The silence hits different now, doesn't it?

Where there used to be conversation over morning coffee, there's just... quiet.

Where there used to be shared decisions about weekend plans, there's just you - trying to figure out what you even want anymore.

You're doing what everyone tells you to do - "taking it one day at a time" - but honestly? Some days that feels like just going through the motions. Checking boxes. Surviving.

Maybe you catch yourself laughing at something and then feel guilty about it.

Or you avoid social gatherings because explaining your "new normal" feels exhausting.

Perhaps you've mastered the art of looking "fine" while inside you're wondering if this heavy feeling in your chest is just... permanent now.

You know there's supposed to be something beyond survival mode - people keep talking about "moving forward" and "finding joy again." But right now, that feels as foreign as speaking another language.

Join us for a 6-month journey to reclaim your joy & build your resilience - IN SISTERHOOD

What if there was a place where...

you didn't have to explain why some days getting dressed feels like a victory?

Where other women nod knowingly when you say "I miss having someone to tell about my day"?

What if you could learn...

practical tools for rebuilding your strength - not the fake "everything happens for a reason" platitudes, but real strategies for when grief hits you sideways on a random Tuesday?

What if you could remember...

what it feels like to plan something you're actually excited about, instead of just filling time? To laugh without that split-second of guilt afterward?

The Joyful Widow's Collective isn't about rushing you through grief - it's about walking alongside you as you:

  • Stop white-knuckling through each day and start building genuine resilience that holds you up when the waves hit

  • Trade isolation for connection with women who speak your language and understand the unique challenges of rebuilding a life you never planned to live alone

  • Rediscover what brings you joy - not the same joy as before, but something new and entirely yours

This isn't group therapy where you rehash the same painful stories. This isn't toxic positivity telling you to "just think happy thoughts." This is practical, compassionate coaching combined with real sisterhood - because transformation happens faster when you're not doing it alone.

INTRODUCING THE JOYFUL WIDOW'S COLLECTIVE

This is a one-of-a-kind grief support program that combines the best of compassionate support coaching, weekly teachings to build resilience, and a community of women who share the journey.

Next Cohort Begins December 1, 2025

Program runs through May 2026

Grief changed you.

But it didn’t take away your light.

Somewhere inside you, beneath the ache, the fog, the quiet is a spark of joy, waiting to be reignited.

Whether you’ve been on this journey for a while or you’re just now beginning to lift your head, this is your invitation to heal in community, rediscover your radiance, and reclaim what’s still possible.

You've lost so much - but not everything.

In the wake of widowhood, it’s easy to feel disconnected from the woman you used to be. You may wonder how to keep going, how to show up for your life, or how to feel even a spark of energy again.

The Joyful Widow’s Collective is here to meet you where you are. This six-month, high-touch group coaching program is designed to help you rebuild your resilience, form meaningful connections, and honor your grief - all while gently moving toward a life of greater peace and possibility.

You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we rise.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

You’ve lost your partner - and along with them, pieces of your identity, your rhythm, your sense of ease.

You’ve felt the loneliness, the exhaustion, the guilt of laughing too soon -

or not laughing at all.

And yet... a part of you is stirring.

You’re craving connection. Momentum. More aliveness.

You’re wondering: “Is there more joy left for me?”

Yes, there is. And you don’t have to find it alone.

This is for you if:

  • You want support from other widows who get it - without having to explain everything

  • You seek structure, encouragement, and accountability to help you move forward

  • You're ready to explore new parts of yourself and reclaim joy without guilt

  • You're craving a space that is gentle but transformative, sacred but playful

The Joyful Widow’s collective

program overview

The Joyful Widow’s Collective Resilience program is carefully designed to support you emotionally, practically, and spiritually, with a structured journey focussing on building resilience.

In this nurturing container, you'll meet 3-4 times a month for 5+ hours:

  • Group Coaching Sessions: Twice each month, gather in live Zoom sessions where Beth will guide you through the 10 Resilience Indicators, from strengthening your boundaries to rekindling joy. You’ll receive practical tools, reflections, and gentle experiments to help you put these skills into practice. These sessions are the heart of your transformation, where growth meets possibility.

  • Grief Integration Circle: Once a month, you’ll step into a sacred, gentle container to talk openly about grief. Each circle will explore a grief-related theme, giving you a safe space to share, release, and receive compassionate witnessing from women who truly understand. Healing happens in community, and these circles are where you can be held without judgment.

  • Co-working Session: Widow brain is real and getting things done can feel overwhelming. Once a month, you’ll join a structured co-working session on Zoom where you’ll have dedicated time to focus, reflect, or take small steps on life tasks, guided by gentle prompts. There’s built-in space to ask questions, and connect in breakouts for extra support, helping you regain momentum and confidence.

  • Weekly Check-ins (For Accountability and Reflection): Every week, you’ll have an opportunity to check in with your community, celebrate your wins, acknowledge challenges, and stay on track with your action items. These check-ins create loving accountability and gentle encouragement, so you never feel alone as you rebuild. Reflection is woven into these moments to help you notice and honor your progress.

You’ll learn, reflect, laugh, cry, and grow — all at your own pace, in a safe and welcoming space.
