This retreat is about so much more than a trip to Tuscany.
It’s about the you who comes home.
Is something inside you whispering that it’s time?
Time to do something for yourself.
Time to be with others who understand this grief journey without you having to explain.
Time to remember what joy feels like again.
From the very first evening, as you sit down under the olive trees and share a meal with women who “get it,” you’ll notice the relief of not having to pretend or perform.
Here, you can simply be. No masks. No expectations. Just you - honored, welcomed, and understood.

As the days unfold, the beauty of Tuscany begins to work its quiet magic.
You wake in the morning with peace in your heart, and gratitude for the breathtaking scenery.
You step into each day with excitement, knowing that you are part of a community that laughs, explores, and supports one another deeply.
And somewhere along the way, something shifts.
You start to see yourself not only as a widow, but as a whole woman again.
A woman who is connected.
A woman who is allowed to laugh, to savor, to dream, to embrace her new normal.
You feel proud of the resilience that has carried you here, and hopeful about the life that stretches out before you.
You’ve carried the weight of grief and given your all. Now it’s time to give something back to yourself.
Step into a space of beauty, sisterhood, and joy.
Your journey begins in Rome, where you’ll spend your first night at a thoughtfully chosen four-star hotel in the heart of the city. This is a gentle arrival - time to settle in, rest after travel, and begin to exhale. Everything is arranged for you, so there’s nothing to manage or figure out.
The next morning, we travel together into the Italian countryside, where the pace slows and the landscape opens. Rolling hills, wide views, and a sense of calm that invites you to breathe more deeply.
Our home for the week is Villa Teresa, a luxury villa nestled in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves and sweeping views of the Chianti hills. This private estate offers the perfect balance of elegance, warmth, and serenity - a haven where you can fully exhale and let yourself be cared for.
At the villa, you’ll find open terraces for long conversations, peaceful gardens for quiet reflection, and gathering spaces that feel both intimate and luxurious.
Whether you’re sipping a cappuccino in the morning sun, dipping into the pool after a day of exploring, or sharing laughter under the stars, Villa Teresa is more than a venue, it’s a haven where joy and healing naturally unfold.
From the moment you arrive, your comfort is a priority.
Your first night in Rome is spent in a stylish, welcoming hotel room designed for rest and ease. It’s a soft landing after travel - a chance to shower, sleep well, and feel supported from the start.
At Villa Teresa, each bedroom offers a quiet, comfortable space to recharge. Soft bedding, calming décor, and simple elegance create an environment that supports deep rest and unhurried mornings.
After a day of exploring villages, tasting wines, and connecting deeply, you’ll have your own place to recharge, journal, and dream. From your window, you may see the olive trees dancing in the breeze or catch a glimpse of the Chianti hills at sunset.
Throughout the villa, shared spaces invite connection, while outdoor areas and quiet corners offer space for reflection. You can join in or step back, rest or engage, depending on what you need.
Every accommodation choice is intentional - so you feel cared for, grounded, and free to focus on what matters most: breathing fully, being yourself, and experiencing life and connection with ease.
Savor every bite...because joy begins with feeling good inside and out.
In Tuscany, food is more than nourishment, it’s celebration. It’s connection. It’s joy.
Each morning begins with a breakfast that delights all the senses: warm Tuscan bread with homemade jams, fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, farm-fresh eggs, local cheeses, and the rich aroma of Italian coffee filling the villa. Meals are not rushed, they’re savored.

Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy authentic gourmet dinners prepared by our chefs, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, many sourced from local organic farms. Picture yourself gathered around a long table under the villa’s gazebo, sharing laughter as you taste dishes that honor centuries of Tuscan tradition. Some evenings, we’ll dine at charming restaurants tucked into hillside villages; other nights, we’ll stay at the villa, enjoying pizza night or an unforgettable farewell gourmet dinner under the stars.

Expect mornings of peace - quiet time with coffee overlooking the hills, moments of reflection, and space to breathe. Experience gentle workshops and activities designed to build resilience, honor your lost loved one, and nurture your well-being.

Create deep bonds with widows who “get it”, and new friendships that last far beyond this week. Expect laughter and connection while exploring Tuscany together on unforgettable excursions and cultural experiences that awaken your spirit.

I’m Beth Levin. I’m a widow, a certified resilience empowerment coach, and the woman who will be walking beside you on this retreat.
I created these retreats for women who have survived the hardest loss and are quietly asking, Is this really my life now? You’ve done therapy. You understand grief. And still, something feels missing.
You miss yourself.
I know this road personally. I also know how powerful it is to step out of your everyday life and into a space where you are fully supported, deeply understood, and not expected to explain your grief or hide your joy.
My work blends lived experience with professional training in resilience and leadership coaching, and years of guiding women through transformation in small, intentional groups. I don’t believe in pushing through grief or pretending it’s over. I believe in learning how to live well again, alongside it.
At this retreat, we build resilience through experience. Through laughter and reflection. Through simple habits that ground you. Through connection with women who speak the same unspoken language. Through moments that remind you that you are still very much alive.
I’m there with you. Not as a distant facilitator, but as a steady presence. I guide, support, and help you take meaningful steps forward in a way that feels safe, human, and real.
Every detail of this retreat is designed so you can feel held, supported, and free to simply be.

Join us in Tuscany October 2 - 10, 2026
Absolutely not. Women join us at every stage of widowhood - from early grief to many years beyond. What unites us isn’t how long it’s been, but the shared desire for connection, renewal, and joy.
Grief is always welcome here - so is laughter, lightness, and everything in between. You never have to hide your feelings or “be okay.”
We do recommend that anyone who has experienced a very recent loss participate in some type of therapy or grief support (group or private) before attending, as the retreat experience is best suited for those ready to explore what comes next.
Absolutely. In fact, most women come solo. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a circle of instant sisterhood - women who understand your story without you needing to explain it. By the end of the first day, you’ll wonder how you ever traveled without them.
What’s included?
Almost everything! Your retreat includes:
1.) Beautiful accommodations for the entire stay
2.) Delicious, chef-prepared meals, snacks, and beverages

Do I need to participate in every activity?
Not at all. This is your retreat, your time, and your healing journey.

This retreat is for widows ready to rediscover joy, connection, and meaning. Whether you’re newly navigating life alone or years into your journey, this experience offers space to slow down, breathe and remember who you are.
It’s for the woman who feels brave for saying yes to herself, for taking that first trip alone, yet knowing she won’t be alone once she arrives.
It’s for the woman who longs to feel at ease again, to breathe deeply, to laugh freely, and to rediscover the parts of herself she thought were gone.
No prior retreat or travel experience is necessary - only an open heart and a willingness to receive.

If you have more complex dietary needs, please reach out in advance so we can explore options together.
We’ll send a detailed packing list before the retreat, but here’s a general idea to get you started:
